When should I test if I am taking oral contraceptives?

Since oral contraceptives suppress ovarian hormone levels, the timing of the sample collection is less important. If you are discontinuing oral contraceptives, allow for withdrawal bleeding and wait until your next spontaneous cycle to test. We recommend collecting your sample on day 19-21 of your cycle.
